To know God and to make Him known
Youth With A Mission (YWAM) is an international and interdenominational organization working in three main areas: evangelism, discipleship training and mercy ministries. In Bolivia we are currently working in all 3 areas to some degree. In San Ignacio de Moxos we have a church and a school run on Christian principles. The church in San Ignacio has recently planted out a new church in San Borja - some 3 hours journey from San Ignacio. In PotosĂ we have a new ministry working together with local churches to support and encourage local pastors.
In Tarija we have a day-care/ school support project amongst needy children. In Santa Cruz we have a discipleship training base and Operation Restoration’s work amongst the street kids. There is also our Kings Kids ministry which has groups that meet in a number of Bolivia's cities and we are hoping to open a new base in La Paz, the seat of government, with the aim of achieving a greater influence amongst the authorities.
